Role - Python Developer
We are looking to recruit an experienced Software Developer to join our Linear Rates Risk Team in Dublin. This role would give the right candidate some great exposure to the Front Office Teams, working closely with them to ensure changes are actioned.
The Team
Welcome to the EMEA Linear Rates Risk team. We are a team based across 3 regions of London, Dublin and Mumbai but all focused on supporting the EMEA Linear Rates front office desks in London and Paris. We work on a blend of initiative projects covering some of Global Markets biggest programs of work as well as business and market driven changes and supporting the smooth running of the systems day to day in partnership with our support team.
The Dublin team consists of 18 people currently (looking to expand further) and we work closely with our teams in London and Mumbai. We also work closely with other Front office Risk teams in the wider Global Markets technology team as well as with traders, trade support, middle office, risk managers and finance.
We provide all new joiners with a comprehensive training plan which is a mixture of online resources, support from colleagues, training sessions and hands on learning that will help grow your skill set further and gain domain knowledge.
Some of our highlights over the last few years have been building a new valuation control framework, working with Quantative Services Group to develop an Excel based query tool for strategic data sources and IBOR transition to risk free rates.
