Environmental Scientist (with 2 – 5 years’ experience) x 2
We are recruiting an Environmental Scientist for our Environmental Team. Based at our head office at Mullagh, Kells, Co. Meath, the ideal candidate will be experienced and looking to further his / her career. The candidate will gain invaluable experience in a multi-disciplinary consultancy within a friendly working environment. This is a full time role and offers the successful candidate opportunities for career development.
THE CANDIDATE WILL:
- Have previous experience in an environmental consultancy area, preferably in environmental assessment and the statutory consent process.
- Chartered membership with a relevant professional body would be an advantage.
- Proven team player.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, excellent report writing skills.
- Knowledge of the Irish planning system, EIA and AA legislation and relevant case law.
- Ideally have experience in some or all of the following areas; data collection & interpretation, scoping and preparation of EIAR documentation, IPPC / Industrial Emission licence applications, Environmental auditing, Risk assessment. Environmental due diligence assessment and knowledge of quarrying and landfilling.
